Zwilling Beauty Group is an enterprise beauty retailer with multiple sites on various platforms and were seeking to consolidate its digital infrastructure and propel international growth. The retailer also needed a significant overhaul of its inventory and purchasing options to manage multi-national operations. On top of these goals, one of ZBG’s brand’s Tweezerman faced additional challenges: Seeking to create a page to streamline the customer experience with their tool sharpening service for certain products and implementing a custom engraving feature, while improving conversions and increasing average order value across the board.
Choosing Magento Commerce Cloud as the optimal platform for the project, Redstage was able to migrate 4 sites onto their own Magento 2 instances as well as redesign and optimize the pages. The results speak for themselves: 87% boost in overall revenue, 20% growth in average order value, 24% growth in transaction value, and huge Black Friday boosts: 193% growth in Black Friday revenue YOY, and 190% growth in average order value. They’ve seen 160% more page views, and 58% more mobile sessions as well, showing the power of optimization on Magento 2 through Redstage’s expertise.
